The integral part of growth is to learn how to do much better: that is continuous training and learning to be come more competent. You are ready to step out of your comfort zone and not be complacent with the arrival mentality because of previous achievement and supposed success.
For example in broadcasting, learn the process of doing more than one function,. Be a cameraman and news reporter, newscaster and driver. Then the hairdresser should be able to cut hair, braid, do pedicure and manicure, brow and home services. You don't need to get a shop yet until the customers know what you are doing for them as a professional problem solver.
